Yes. You can request a plan change at any time. Your new plan will normally take effect on your next billing cycle unless a different effective date is confirmed with you.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. TLZ One plans are billed monthly, and you may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the following month’s renewal.
What happens if I excceed the email or contact limit?
We’ll let you know if your account reaches or approaches its included limit. You may upgrade to a higher plan or discuss additional usage options with our team.
Is there a free trial available?
We currently do not offer a free trial because our plans may include account setup, configuration, onboarding, and implementation work.
